In line with previous reports, Apple has started rolling out a redesigned AppleCare website, along with 24/7 live chat support on both iOS and Mac devices.
The new website aims to make it easier for users to identify the exact issues with their device, and the layout makes it easier to browse through the site. Getting into contact with an AppleCare support employee is now quicker, with options to schedule a call, get an in-store appointment, and initiate a live chat with support.
Live chat is now available 24/7, though since most users are still seeing the old website, it will probably be a few days before all Apple users are able to access it. Support was initially limited to certain hardware and software, but now every single iOS and Mac device is supported, no matter what time of the day or night it might be.
With two new iPhones on the horizon, the new AppleCare support seems to be rolling out just in time, taking one of the most award-winning support services a step further. Go ahead and hit the source link to check out the new AppleCare website, it might just have gone live for you.
