Kure City, Hiroshima brings you these Kantai Collection Sake bottles

The extremely popular online game Kantai Collection is at it again and this time, the battleship girls take on the traditional Japanese alcoholic drink sake.

The city of Kure in Hiroshima prefecture has announced that they are collaborating with DMM.com/ Kadokawa games to produce some Kantai Collection-themed sake.

Known as the Kantai Collection Sake Set (艦これ ～呉 鎮守 府～ 地酒セット), these special Sake will be sold in select liquor stores in the city starting November 25, 2013.*Each Kantai Collection Sake bottle holds 300mL worth of the traditional alcoholic beverage.

The battleship girls Akagi, Nagato and Yamato will be featured in the Sake bottles and each one of them will be representing a different type of Sake.

Yamato: Dry brewed Sempuku Nagato: Gin Matsu SempukuAkagi: Pure Rice Wine Sempuku

Each bottle costs 2,100 yen and is brewed by the Miyake Honten Senpuku Company.
