Volume 5 of the*Unlimited Fafnir (Juoo Mujin no Fafnir) light novels featured a wraparound which announces that the anime adaptation for the series has already been green-lit.*
The story follows Yuu Mononobe, the only male “D” in existence. The “D” are girls with the powers of the dragons which suddenly appeared out of nowhere. He is then forced to enroll in a school for “D” called Midgar where he is reunited with his long-lost sister, Mitsuki but runs into Iris, a girl he sees while naked.

While the plot sounds like the fantasy version of IS: Infinite Stratos, Unlimited Fafnir*is written by*Tsukasa (ツカサ) and illustrated by Korie Riko (梱枝りこ).
The light novel’s official website is also counting down to a special announcement which is scheduled for July 1, 2014. This may be for the official announcement of the anime adaptation.
