Mobile Suit Gundam UC‘s mysterious Unit 02, the Banshee has been upgraded into a more dangerous killing machine and Bandai is bringing it to 1/100 scale as a Master Grade (MG) with their*MG 1/100 Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn.
Like the normal Unit 02, the Banshee Norn can transform between Unicorn Mode and Destroy Mode but this upgraded version features even more weapons and features. Its Beam magnum has been fitted with the*Revolving Launcher and the Beam Jitte which essentially acts like a beam bayonet. It is also outfitted with additional defensive features like the Armed Armor DE and the Armed Armor XC.
MG 1/100 Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee Norn*is scheduled for release June 2014 and can be pre-ordered exclusively via the*Premium Bandai Online shop*for 6,480 yen.
