Fast food restaurant in China takes a Hatsune Miku theme

Saying that virtual diva Hatsune Miku has a global appeal would prove to be a bit of an understatement as the iconic vocaloid character has been celebrated all over the world from vocaloid operas in Paris, France to online games like Monster Hunter Frontier G.

Now, a Hatsune Miku-themed fast food restaurant has recently opened in the city of Yulin which can be found in China’s*Guangxi Province. The restaurant is named Hatsune Miku to Moe (初音同萌) and it celebrates the virtual angel as it is decorated with Miku nendoroids, images of Miku and leeks.

However, from the looks of things, this restaurant may not be an official one. Well, this is China after all.

The Miku-themed joint offers up your typical fast food classics like fries, burgers, chicken nuggets and chicken wings along with some desserts and other chicken-based food and even tea.

The restaurant even has clerks wear Miku costumes. The restaurant is also reported to be very cosplay friendly as well.
