The Winter anime season is now over and Spring is already in the air, but which of the Winter 2015 anime is the one which the fans think is the very best of them all? Japanese anime website, YusaAni, has recently conducted an online poll which asks anime fans which anime from last season was the best.
YusaAni asked 2,200 people from*the period of March 31 – April 4, 2015. Here are the results:

Looks like the fans have come up with a very solid Top 10 with Shirobako, the anime about making anime, taking the #1 spot with its solid story, solid characters, solid everything. Personally, I have absolutely no arguments with Shirobako as #1 as the anime has proven to be intriguing and exciting. Man, making anime is tough, and Shirobako just shows us how stressful it really is!
#2 ranked Saekano is also very deserving, and has shown to be one of this season’s most unexpected favorites. Its formula of having its*ordinary and boring main girl*outshining*the other two girls who are clearly more “entertaining” or “cuter” than her has become a breath of fresh air as the anime played with all the used harem anime tropes we’ve all seen before and made them great.Your Lie in April, which premiered last year ended with some teary eyed viewers, and its great story, characterizations, and beautiful animation just makes this heart-wrenching anime all the more worthwhile. Cinderella Girls at #4 is expected, however, #5 ranked*Gourmet Girl Graffiti managed to pull off a lot of upsets over more popular titles, including Cross Ange and the highly popular Kantai Collection.And speaking of upsets, Yuri Kuma Arashi and Yatterman Night managed a few of their own as they made the Top 10 and beating out big names like Maria the Virgin Witch, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, and Parasyte!
