This new Rider is voiced by none other than Saori Hayami (The Irregular at Magic High School’s Miyuki Shiba and OreImo’s Ayase Aragaki). She is designed by Mineji Sakamoto, and her true identity is still a big mystery, though her sword (a katana) and her costume suggests that she is a Japanese hero.
