New teaser video released for Hyperdimension Neptunia VII [video]

Compile Heart has released a teaser video for Hyperdimension Neptunia VII that shows it’s actually divided into three stories.

Hyperdimension Neptunia VII (Shinjigen Game Neptune Victory II) is divided into three arcs: the Zero Dimension, Hyperdimension, and Heart Dimension. Each episode even comes with its own logo, as this video labels the first one as “Zero Dimension Neptunia Z: Ragnarok of the Cliff Goddess”.

The video is only one minute long, but we get to see some dramatic words like “destruction”, “solitude”, “survive”, “specimen obsession”, “Nep-note”, “dimension traveller”, “Is it good? Is it evil?” and “Who will fall?”

Of course, we also get a glimpse of Neptune and a mysterious red-haired girl with the words, “Uranus Uzume”. Who could this girl be?

Hyperdimension Neptunia VII is scheduled to be released this year. The platform has not been specified yet. Neptunia fans should also check out*Hyperdimension Neptunia U.

Six-foot tall Unicorn Gundam papercraft comes complete with a glowing psycho frame

The Unicorn Gundam is a powerful*mobile suit which has a full-body psycho frame which allows its entire body to glow a luminescent pink color. Surely making one out of paper would be difficult right? Korean papercraft modeler*Rarra1121 certainly took up the challenge and not only made a Unicorn Gundam out of paper, he made a massive one at that and it measures in at approximately 180cm or 6 feet in height.

Rarra1121 has wowed people with his unique Gundam Exia papercraft which came with LED lights*to give it a more realistic Gundam look. His follow-up work is most certainly worthy to be talked about.

According to his blog, he used plenty of A4-size paper to*pull off such a feat and completing it was really a difficult task. Like his papercraft Exia, he also posted several WIP’s (works in progress) of his unique Gundam art. He used cardboard for its inner frame with plenty of wires to power its LED lights and make its Psycho Frame effect work.

Yes, just in case you are wondering, this monstrous 6-footer is indeed made out of paper and that makes the degree of difficulty go up as paper is not known to be a durable material.

The LED lights placed throughout the body give the psycho frame life and its shiny coloration certainly gives off a great illusion that this Gundam is not made out of paper.

The psycho frame is truly resonating with this one. To see how big this thing is, here’s a size comparison with a human being.

Motorola teases new smartphone launch on May 13, could unveil the Moto E

The press invite sent out by Motorola suggests that the company will be unveiling the successor to the value-for-money Moto G.

Motorola has sent out a press invite for a smartphone launch event on May 13 in London, and the teaser text hints at the arrival of the Moto E.

As previous leaks have revealed, the Moto E will offer relatively premium specs at a budget price, similar to the Moto G. These specs are expected to include a 4.3-inch display, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 4GB of internal memory, 1GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel camera, Android 4.4 KitKat, and a 1,900 mAh battery. The Moto E is also said to have a microSD slot, the absence of which was one of the very few shortcomings of the Moto G.

Motorola hasn’t provided any details, but the “Priced for all” text in the invite is a surefire indication that the company’s next smartphone will be aimed at the masses. It’s unclear what the exact pricing strategy will be, but if the Moto G’s rock-bottom price is anything to go by, Motorola will be offering yet another device that puts all other low-end smartphones to shame.
