Ever wonder what the members of*μ’s would look like if they were part of Pokemon? An artist from Japan has tweeted his Love Live! X Pokemon *artworks and*they*have gotten a whole lot of attention from fans of both series.
Artist @ Zero_cactus *recently introduced everyone to his unique take on what a cross-over between Love Live! and Pokemon might look like. and based on his descriptions,*some of them*pretty much make sense. He’s turned eight of the nine*of the*μ’s members into gym leaders*and based on his descriptions,*some of them*pretty much make sense.
Hanayo, whose name is associated to flowers, would be a grass-type gym leader and she would use a Bellossom. She is also known for eating a lot of rice, and as everyone knows, rice comes from well… plants

Rin on the other hand is a very very active girl, and it makes sense that this hyperactive genki girl would be a fighting Pokemon gym leader, right? As Rin is also known for being a bit scrappy, her Pokemon is well, a Scrafty.
Maki on the other hand is an hospital heiress set to inherit her family’s hospital. She is depicted as a princess and as a gym leader, she will specialize in Steel-types… since hospitals tend to use steel equipment. Her Pokemon is a Scizor.
Kotori’s name means “little bird” in English, and since she is also a bit of an airhead, it would make sense that she handles flying-type Pokemon in her gym. She uses an Altaria.
Umi means the ocean, and when you say the ocean, you get water Pokemon, so that’s why Umi is a water-type gym leader who uses a Milotic.
Eli is half-Russian, and Russia is often associated with ice, and that would make her an ice-type gym leader who uses a Glaceon
Nozomi is known for her accurate tarot card readings, which makes her a psychic-type gym leader who uses Solrock and Lunatone. Plus points for her since she is also a shrine maiden.
And then there us Nico who is a dark-type gym leader. Hmmmm… I wonder why? She uses a Weavile
There are always only eight gym leaders, but there are nine*μ’s members. So what happened to Honoka? looks like she’s*just your average*trainer
