iPhone 6 September 19th release date rumored

Rumor has it that iPhone 6 will hit shelves on September 19th.

Apple has already announced that it is going to unveil the new iPhones on September 9th. What most people are now interested in finding out is exactly when the device is going to be released. Many dates have already been circulated on the internet and September 19th seems to be shaping up as the iPhone 6 release date. A new report suggests that some carriers are getting ready for the iPhone 6 release on September 19th.

A report by PocketNow mentions an unnamed carrier that has blocked off employee vacations on the aforementioned date. Carriers tend to take these steps to ensure that they have adequate staff on hand whenever a product like the iPhone is going on sale, because the product tends to bring in a massive number of customers.

The carrier itself isn’t reportedly sure about the September 19th date even though employee vacations have been blocked off. It is of the view that the release could take place between September 19th and September 27th, however history shows us that Apple rarely takes more than two weeks since the day it unveils the iPhone to the day its supposed to go on sale.

Apple will certainly share the official release date once its done with the announcement on September 9th, that’s when its finally going to show off its new smartphone. The event will be live streamed starting at 10 am PDT this Tuesday.
