They say you can never know when a train will get “jacked”, and that is exactly what One Piece did as they surprised a lot of people by “taking over” several trains in the JR Yamanote line for the 15th anniversary of its anime adaptation.

For a time period which lasts from August 1 until August 15, 2014, the One Piece-wrapped trains will travel down “The Loop”, also known as the Yamanote line. The train will feature several of the beloved One Piece characters as well as ads for the anime and manga, as well as some of the anime’s most famous scenes.
Both the interior and the exterior of the train will feature One Piece so fans riding the train can really feast their eyes on the collaboration.
