Accel World is getting a new animated film, titled “Accel World Infinity Burst,” later this year, and a new key visual image has finally been revealed by the movie’s staff, and it features the main heroine of the light novels, the Black King herself, Kuroyukihime.

The staff also revealed that the film will be making its premiere on July 23, 2016, with much of the staff from the TV anime adaptation of Reki Kawahara’s light novels also returning. Screenshots for the upcoming film have also been revealed.
Reki Kawahara, who is also known to be the creator of Sword Art Online, is also writing the original story for this movie. This original story is not found in the previous TV anime, as well as Kawahara’s original light novels.
