Prison-themed restaurant in Japan introduces a special Prison School menu

Japan is known for its unique theme restaurants, which sport a variety of themes from school girls and maids, to prisons, and one of these prison-themed restaurants, The Lock-Up, is teaming up with one of this season’s hottest anime, Prison School, for a painfully scrumptious themed mean inspired by the anime.
Thod who avail of The Lock-up’s special Prison School menu will not only “enjoy” a meal inspired by the anime, but they will also be receiving special Prison School booklets and coasters. The theme restaurant started running the menu yesterday, August 3, and will run for two months.
The menu includes the following meals:
“Struggle of the Guard’s Room” (Trumpeter mushrooms wrapped in bacon) – 650 yenDeep Fried Meiko – 550 yenFirst day in prison rice – 750 yenWatching the ant nest pancakes – 550 yen
The drink menu meanwhile includes the following non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails:
Non-alcoholic (blue berry calpis) -550 yenHana’s Medusa cocktail (non-alcoholic, served with mango ginger flowers) – 550yenMeiko’s Punishment cocktail (alcoholic, served on a beaker with whipped pineapple yoghurt) – 650 yen
If that’s punishment, I don’t think going to Prison School ain’t that bad, right? Prison School is currently being shown in Japan through Tokyo MX, BS-1, AT-X, and other channels.
