Building which served as Nico Yazawa's home to be demolished

The Shouhei Bridge Building in Akihabara, Tokyo has served as the anime pilgrimage spot for many Love Live! fans, also known as Love Livers, as it has been featured in the second season of Love Live! as the apartment complex Nico Yazawa lives in.

However, there are some sad news about the anime pilgrimage spot as the building has failed earthquake safety tests and been deemed unsafe when a major earthquake strikes Japan once again as it has been found out that it may collapse. Because of this, the*Tokyo Kouyuukai has determined that it must be torn down and tenants must find a different building to live in and vacate the premises by the end of September. The building is set to be demolished by the end of the year. Here are a few comparison images around the building’s area

Now that’s a shame indeed. Hopefully, this will give rise to an even more structurally sound and safer building for tenants

[Video] My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU video game's TV ad streamed

My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU. Too is one of the hottest anime of the spring 2015 season and it’s about to get a new video game*courtesy of 5pb. games. The announcement video for that new game has finally been streamed, and without further ado, here it is:


The video as narrated by Hiratsuka-sensei and she announces the new game and says that just like the first game, players will once again get to play as Batman Hachiman. The video also features scenes from the anime’s second season.

More details on this new game will be announced in the days ahead.This will be the second game for the series as 5pb. has previously released a visual novel game for the PlayStation Vita back in 2013. It came bundled with the anime adaptation’s OVA and even contained a Saika route! The video concludes with Saika, so does this mean everybody’s favorite trap will also be a huge part of this new game?!

Monogatari Final Season's Owarimonogatari briefly listed for 2015

Japanese Animator, Hiroko Kazui, who has previously worked on other*Monogatari titles like Hanamonogatari and Monogatari series second season, has briefly listed in her own personal website that*Owarimonogatari, which is part of the final season of NisiOisin’s Monogatari series,*is listed at 2015. The Owarimonogatari listing has already been taken off the site.

The Owarimonogatari listing was actually part of*the animator’s list of works and it was placed under the year 2015.*Does this mean we should expect a new Monogatari anime later this year? Well, fans are certainly hoping for it!

Owarimonogatari is*a three-volume story which is part of the Monogatari series Final Season and includes*“Oogi Formula,” “Sodachi Riddle”, and “Sodachi Lost”.

Is the Order a Rabbit?? season 2 to premiere this autumn, teases Cocoa's big sister

Looks like we are having more coffee house fun this October*because the lovable gang of Is the Order a Rabbit? will be returning for a new season this Autumn, and it’s new season will be titled*Is the Order a Rabbit??. The announcement happened during the*Manga Time Kirara Festa 2015 event which previewed the anime with a video. So far, the video has not been released yet.

According to reports coming from fans who attended the event, the video teased a new character who readers of the manga are quite familiar of, and she is none other than Mocha, Cocoa’s big sister. A new key visual image has also been released
